Some days I do cook a little bit and today I saw a few little potatoes and decided to make this potato salad. While they were cooking I threw in a piece of garlic, a small piece of celery and two eggs. I cut up some red onions and mixed with sweet chipped pickles. When they were done I mashed them up with mayo, the pickles, onions and the eggs. I don't always use a recipe for every thing but I fried some bacon to go with this and it was pretty good.
