Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
This is some more of the summer fruit and is so good, to experiment on ways to make into a good desert. Especially if you are watching the sugar content.
Makes a good little desert and you don't have to peel them.
I first cut them in half, take a melon scoop, get the seed and core out. Makes a nice beautiful little round hole to fill with brown sugar or splenda and butter ( or olive oil ). Bake for one hour on about 300% , You can sprinkle a little nutmeg, cinnaman or lemon juice for added flavor.
