My  elephant ear garlic is ready to pull up and dry for the coming year, was a good yield this time. Not only is it good for the pot roast is beautiful in a flower arrangement.

These are getting ripe and are so good, they are good for jelly, marmalade, and a cobbler pie. I have even cooked the skins real tender and made tarts from them.
