Salad for Thursday evening dinner. It is almost getting too large for a salad so might have to cook a few next time. This will be enough salad for three meals and have already had three salads before. Some more plants are coming along that will take the place of these. I have this growing in a large freezer in the back yard and the crows are trying to get in for a meal. Maybe I need a BB gun? This a salad of very tender mustard, arugula, and lettuce., the spinach is not quiet large enough.
